We’re about to eat at a terrific 1-Star Michelin restaurant (more on that later).  But before that, we’re sitting by the magic Mediterranean in the Bless Hotel – on its rooftop, with its infinity pool and two pieces of advice from two of America’s great philosophers – Humphrey Bogart and W.C. Fields!
