A great guy, leader and friend, Frederico Almeida, CEO of Fremantle Portugal, has had his share of ups and downs, but is a survivor, fighter and optimist to the core.  We were talking last week and he sent me a seven-minute clip which really made me smile and perked me up.  It’s 20 years old and is super-relevant today.  It touches all ages, all generations.
