Put eight Peak Performing leaders (who don’t know each other) from Ireland, Scotland and England together in The Hub in Chester (thank you Richard, Zoe and Isabella) with me.

Stir lightly for nine hours with Story-sharing (the 4 H’s – History, Heroes, Heartaches, Hopes), the Art of Creativity, Teamwork and Purpose.

Top off with a private room riverside at the 250 year old Ship Inn.

Add the 3 HUMs (Humanity, Humility, Humour).  Shake and Serve.

A jolly good time was had by all.
