12 Missionaries joined at the hip on a mission to Make Special Happen – as a team – at the iconic Mission Inn and Spa in Sonoma.

Led by Karim, shepherded by Katie, this team will meet every fortnight to delight guests, inspire colleagues and surprise themselves about just how quickly they can, as a team, make the Mission Inn Irresistible.

Mo, Gen, Jen, Brandy, Susy, Michael, Natalie, Charles, Erika and Richard will lead the charge.

I can’t wait to visit again in January – and see how they’ve made everything “Better Than Yesterday!”.
