New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has responded to children asking about visits from the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy during the Level 4 Coronavirus lockdown.

News that will delight children in lockdown: The Easter Bunny will be on duty this Easter.

The Prime Minister clarified during a press conference that the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy are essential workers delivering essential services and, as such, continue to operate throughout the Alert Level 4 Lockdown.
