I was in lovely Lucerne last week keynoting the Lucerne Dialogue’s European Business Conference.  700 decision-makers in the audience, 60% business, 10% politics, 10% science and 20% community/society.  70% from Switzerland, 30% European.  The meeting was around “Europe: Home Alone” and was masterminded by Head Curator, the rebel with a cause – Dominik Isler.

My brief was the Perfect Brief.  A wake-up call to Rethink Leadership in Europe.  Dominik asked me to be provocative, clear, edgy and ‘dense’.  The desired audience reaction was “Ashamed, shaken up, thoughtful, inspired, motivated and ignited” – so it was all Dominik’s fault!
