Trudy is in Amanzoe, Greece enjoying five beautiful days with her daughter Vanessa.  Last night I also enjoyed the rarity of a father/daughter evening with Rebecca at La Luna in the Marina Mirage on the Gold Coast.

La Luna is a beautiful bar and restaurant on the water.  The vibe is South Beach Miami and St. Tropez.  Fantastic service, great lighting, terrific soundtrack, fabulous fresh fish.  The best anchovies we’ve had for a while and some incredible fresh figs.  The weekend vibe is beachside groove.  The week-day vibe is peaceful, chill.  A solid wine list and an absolutely outstanding cocktail list, the perfect venue.
