I spent an in-and-out 24 hours in one of my favourite cities – Istanbul last week.  I was invited by CEO of Raffles and Fairmont, Omer Acar, who was actually born 10 minutes away from where the conference took place in the sensational Fairmont Quasar.

I spent the day working with Fairmont’s 90+ General Managers (aka Great Magicians!) and the Corporate leadership team on re-energising this timeless Hotel group’s Purpose on a page.  We had a fantastic, interactive session where many stories were shared demonstrating what a Lovemark Fairmont is for many people. The room was full of pride, energy and enthusiasm.  A great example of turning moments into special memories.
